The Delaware Bankruptcy court confirmed (or adopted) the rehabilitation plan – so this now goes from a ‘plan’ to a court order.   There were some dissenting appeals by certain folks to have their specific Woodbridge loans paid in full and not be part of ‘the plan.’

The court rejected these in a long well reasoned (I feel) opinion.   This was then appealed to a district court in Delaware.  I’m sure the court expected these dissents and the appeal process and wrote the opinions with this in mind.   No word just yet on the appeal.

The vid below is my take on how this will unwind (just an opinion mind you).
